A Few Things About Our Little Man...

I just wanted to share a few things about Caden. I like to document things in case I forget--which I usually do!

Caden loves my cat "Bobs". Every time "Bobs" comes around, Caden lowers his face and rubs it on "Bobs" fur. He also loves Junior the dog in the same way.

Caden loves shoes! He will wear anybody's shoes if he gets a chance. He's especially fond of cousin Madison's new pink jelly shoes that light up! (see his feet)

Caden also loves his sippy cup. Not just any sippy cup--it has to have a certain picture on it. His mama has tried to offer him the same brand of cup in other colors, but he won't have any part of them! Heaven help us when the two that he has wear out!!!

Caden loves the show "Handy Manny", and all things "Manny" at this moment. Cade knows the names of Manny's tools, and loves carrying them around the house. He does not get his love of tools from his daddy! His "E-pa" loves all kinds of tools, perhaps the two of them can "be handy" together one of these days...

What Have You Been Doing?

I haven't had a chance to visit with grandson, Caden, in about a week.

He and his family came over for a visit last night.

While Caden was sitting on the couch beside me for a moment, I told him I hadn't seen him in a

while, and then I asked him what he had been doing.

He looked at me with those beautiful blue eyes, then replied "Ridin' in my carseat."

I guess he told me! Did I mention that he's only 21 months old? And yes, he does spend a lot of

time riding in his carseat!
