Children And Noisy Toys...

Have you ever noticed that the toys that kids love the best are the ones that make the most noise? Why is that? It's been that way since the beginning of time...

Have you ever noticed that kids always want to play with those noisy toys when there is something on television that you really would like to hear?

The other night Cade was visiting us during an episode of "Big Brother". He was playing with the Handy Manny toolbox--the noisiest toy in the house--and also his favorite toy in the house.

I took the toolbox from Cade and tried to find the off switch. I failed to find it. My husband took the toolbox, found the switch on the bottom, then turned the toolbox off.

Cade wasn't having any of that...He took the toolbox, promptly flipped it over, and turned the switch back on! So much for outsmarting that little man! Oh...and we had no clue what was being said on "Big Brother". Thank goodness for DVR's!
I'm joining up with the blog hop "Think of Me Thursday" hosted by http://wwwmrsmamadrama.com and http://ww.bellycharms.blogspot.com For more info on this blog hop, visit either of the hostesses blogs. Thanks ladies!

I love it when kids have noisy toys...as long as it is not at my house. :-)

They do love to make some noise! Especially if it makes us pay more attention to them:)
